Welcome to Taj One India! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and all bookings made through us. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or inquiries.


1. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.

  • A minimum advance payment (usually 50% of the total cost) is required to confirm any travel package, hotel booking, or transport service.

  • The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as mutually agreed upon.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer.

  • Taj One India reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid bookings without prior notice.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a detailed confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including itinerary, booking details, and invoice.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the details and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.


3. Pricing and Inclusions

  • All prices mentioned on our website or quoted by our team are in INR (Indian Rupees), unless otherwise stated.

  • Package prices include services clearly mentioned under “Inclusions.” Anything not specifically mentioned is considered excluded.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to external factors such as tax revisions, fuel surcharges, or hotel rate changes.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers must refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed rules on refunds and cancellation charges.

  • No refunds will be provided for "no shows," last-minute cancellations, or for any unutilized part of the services.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), we will try to provide credit vouchers or rescheduling options wherever possible.


5. Changes and Modifications

  • Any request to modify the itinerary, travel dates, or services must be made in writing and is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Taj One India reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary, route, or hotel in case of unforeseen circumstances without prior notice, while ensuring minimal inconvenience to the customer.


6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to carry valid government-issued identification (like Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN, etc.).

  • For international travel (if applicable), valid passports, visas, and other travel documents must be arranged by the traveler, unless specifically included in the package.

  • Taj One India will not be liable for any issues arising due to improper or missing travel documents.


7. Accommodation and Transportation

  • Accommodation will be provided as per the selected package. Standard check-in and check-out times apply as per hotel policy.

  • Transport services (car, taxi, tempo traveller, etc.) are provided by trusted third-party vendors. Any misconduct or inconvenience should be immediately reported to our team.

  • Vehicle breakdowns or delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are beyond our control.


8. Code of Conduct During Tours

  • Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the tour. Any misconduct, damage to property, or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

  • Travelers are advised to follow local laws, customs, and etiquette at all times.


9. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide the best travel experience, Taj One India is not liable for delays, losses, damages, or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather, accidents, third-party failures, political disturbances, or natural calamities.

  • We act as a facilitator and booking agent for hotels, transport, and other services. In case of service disruptions by third-party providers, we will assist but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Taj One India. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.


11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • All legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State], India.
